Welcome! My name is Amy and I’m a vinyasa yoga teacher based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for all.
My journey into yoga began a while ago, but I started really committing to my practice about 3 years ago and qualified as a teacher in 2025!
I believe that yoga is for everybody and every body, regardless of shape, size or experience level. Through my classes, I blend playful and down-to-earth flows with a focus on warmth, strength, and the importance of resetting the nervous system.
My aim is to help you feel empowered and embraced as you navigate your yoga journey, but if all you're after is a chance to move, thats also fine!
I understand that taking the first step into a yoga class can be daunting, which is why I strive to create welcoming spaces where every body—every individual—feels comfortable to move, breathe, and truly rest.
My classes are designed to cater to a variety of needs and skill levels, ensuring that everyone leaves feeling rejuvenated and inspired. Join me on this journey to discover your own unique rhythm and strength through the transformative power of yoga.
Practising with me means choosing a space dedicated to community, connection, and growth. I am passionate about fostering a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can explore their yoga practice.
I’ve completed my 200hr yoga teacher training with Hotpod Yoga, I’m registered with the Yoga Alliance, and I have a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.
